Joey is responsible for the daily management, maintenance and training of equipment on the core facility to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, as well as assisting research groups to complete research projects.
Keith is working for providing administrative support for academic affairs across all postgraduate programmes at ZJU-UoE Institute. He facilitates the postgraduate students enrollments, online postgraduate students information maintain, professional practices, programme exchanges, research seminars ect.
Lily provides administrative support in research-related management, including fund application, management of research achievements and organization of research-related activities etc.
Ling is responsible for providing administrative support and management of ZJE institute’s fund declaration, scientific research achievement transformation, public technology platform and laboratory safety. She also contacts the Research Department of Zhejiang University International Campus, main Campus and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
Lu Yu's role is to manage student affairs according to the school rules and regulations together with the related departments. He provides support for students' growth and development, including innovation and entrepreneurship, social practice, work-study program and other aspects.
Menglu Shen
Menglu Shen is responsible for the support of experimental services such as biological purification in the Laboratory Animal Centre, and assisting the Director of the Centre to improve the construction and implementation of the Centre's system.
Rachel is responsible for Executive dean’s daily schedule arrangements, coordinate with her about institute administrative affairs. She is working for providing administrative support for academic affairs across all postgraduate programmes at ZJU-UoE Institute. She facilitates the postgraduate students enrollments, online postgraduate students information maintain, professional practices, programme exchanges, research seminars ect.
Rosé Yan
Rosé is responsible for Providing veterinary consultation about animal care and use, animal welfare and ethical review of experimental protocols and monitoring the health and welfare of the animals used in biomedical research.
Ruidong is responsible for MScR, PhD (UoE single award) programme, he also assists in ZJU-UoE postgraduate students affairs.
Shuping Zhang
Shuping Zhang's role is to manage student affairs according to the school rules and regulations together with the related departments. She helps students to familiarise themselves with college level courses and provides advice according to individual circumstance. She also helps students with issues such as mental health and the future development.
Tam is responsible for the construction and management of the laboratory animal center at the ZJE Institute building.
Mingxiang is responsible for the biosafety management, as well as assisting with other security matters, overseeing the infrastructure construction, and managing fixed assets.
Xuantong is responsible for postgraduate students affairs.
